I know how it feels when your child can’t cope in school — because I’ve lived it.
I’m Victoria Kennedy – The seND Consultant.
I’m a mum to two teenage, neurodivergent boys, and I’m autistic and ADHD myself. I understand the battles, the sleepless nights, and the endless meetings that still don’t seem to bring change.
I combine my lived experience with years working as a teacher and leader in both mainstream and specialist education to help families cut through the noise, get the right support, and create a path forward where your child can truly thrive.
As an SEND Consultant I work with parents of neurodivergent children who are struggling — or unable — to attend school. My role is to identify the barriers your child is facing, challenge the systems that are failing them, and help you secure the right support so they can thrive.
I support families with:
I believe every child deserves an education that works for them, not against them — and that neurodivergence is not a problem to be “fixed,” but a difference to be understood, respected, and supported, this is exactly what my SEND support service offers.
I’ve been on all sides of the table — as a professional, a parent, and a neurodivergent person. I know how it feels to be dismissed, misunderstood, or told “there’s nothing wrong” when your child is clearly struggling. I’ve also seen the relief and transformation that comes when the right support is finally in place.
This is more than my profession — it’s my passion and my mission. I’m here to make sure you don’t have to navigate this alone.
If you’re feeling unheard, stuck, or unsure where to turn next — I can help you cut through the noise, know your rights, and take the next steps with confidence.
